Juan Antonio Frías Méndez is a chemical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the leather industry. Since 2016, he has managed Stahl Campus México, leading training and technical development. He previously coordinated the expansion of Stahl’s leather laboratories and held key roles at Clariant México, including Sales Manager and Finishing Technician. His earlier career includes technical and quality control positions at Cueros Industrializados del Bajío and Acabados Premier. He studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Guanajuato. He has completed specialized training in leather finishing, colorimetry, wastewater treatment, and project management. Skilled in leadership, coaching, and negotiation. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Passionate about continuous learning, family life, and sports.
